To have your utility payment emailed to you please complete the form below and return to
the Village office.
Credit on Utility Notices
A $10.00 credit has been applied to your utility account to correct an overcharge on the March billing. Please note that the water infrastructure fee and the sewer fee will each increase by $5.00 on your September 2026 billing.

Earl Grey Mizpah Cemetery
Earl Grey Mizpah is currently seeking a reliable individual to serve as caretaker for the local cemetery.
Responsibilities include:
- Mowing and trimming grounds
- General upkeep and maintenance
- Basic maintenance of equipment and machinery
