If you currently make monthly payments towards your utility bill and would like to increase the amount or if you would like to start making monthly payments please contact the office or complete the Utility Authorization Form.

One-Time Fee per Dog

• Dogs - Spayed/Neutered - $50.00 one time fee
• Dogs - Assistance - No charge
• Cats - No charge
• Replacement Tag - $5.00/tag

Reminder to please renew your business license in January 2026 by paying the 

annual fees.

 Business License Rates

• Home Based Business - $25.00
• Transient Trader &/or Direct Seller - $50.00
• Contractor - $100.00/year or $25.00/per project

ALERT!!  Garbage and recycling fees will be invoiced on the quarterly utility bills starting in March, 2024.  This will add approximately $81.00 to the quarterly utility bill, $42.00 for each garbage cart and $39.00 for each recycling cart.  Garbage and recycling fees have been collected through taxes in the past so you will notice a decrease in your 2024 tax levy to compensate for the increase in your quarterly utility bill.

Due to this change, we encourage everyone to let the office know if  you have more carts than you require as you will be charged for each cart that you have on your property going forward.

To help save our streets we ask residents to please place your Loraas carts on the correct side of the street for collection and as as close to the street surface as possible.  Thank you!
